Is everything on this site in stock?
Yes, all the products on this site are in stock ready for shipment from our warehouse in Australia. If an item is not in stock it will be marked out of stock.

Is this site secure?
Yes, it is built using Shopify, one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the world. Shopify meets Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, as explained here.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes, please view the size guide page.

Any discounts?

What is the ordering process?
Successful orders will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam folder. You will then receive another email with the tracking number once your order has been

dispatched.

What payment types do you accept?

Pay Pal
Apple Pay and Google Pay

What currency will the purchase be in?
Our currency is Australian Dollars (AUD).
On our site you can also show prices in GBP, USD, CAD, EUR, JPY, NZD. There is a drop down to change the currency on the top right hand corner of the home page.
At checkout you will be charged in AUD. 

Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Yardage Golf is an Australian based company. Transactions made outside of Australia may incur transaction fees from payment providers or taxes and duties. Yardage Golf is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

If you are Australian based, why Yardage Golf, aren't you on the metric system?
Good question! Our founder lived in the UK for 10 years and loves to talk in yards. When he moved back to Australia it took him over a year to change his range finder to metres. 

What is the origin of your logo?
The line with an arrow under it is from a yardage book. It usually has a number above the line to indicate the distance from the tee, but we added the Y.

SHIPPING

When will you ship my order?
Orders made before 1pm AEST will be processed the next business day, after this time they will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

How long will delivery take?

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia.

What delivery partners do you use?
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post. For international shipping we use DHL or Australia Post.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our returns policy here.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Please allow 10 days from receipt of your item for us to process the return.
