Shipping & Delivery

All items on the site are in stock in our Australian warehouse and ready to ship.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 2 business days of your order.

Prices on the site can be displayed in your estimated local currency, but you will be charged in AUD at checkout.

Tracking information is supplied once the items are dispatched.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery in Australia

 

Delivery within Australia is made through Australia Post.

We are currently offering Free Express Delivery in Australia on orders over $120, under $120 Express Delivery is a flat rate $15.

Express delivery is 1-2 business days after shipment, standard delivery is 2+ business days. These times may vary and are supplied by Australia Post.

International Shipping

 

Shipping internationally is made through DHL or Australia Post.

Free standard international delivery on orders $200 AUD and over. 

International shipping rates (In AUD) and delivery estimates :

USA: $20 flat rate (7-9 business days)

UK / Europe: $25 flat rate (5-9 business days) 

New Zealand: $20 flat rate (3-5 business days)

Rest of the World: $25 flat rate (Asia: 5-12 business days / Other: 9-14 business days)

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

We recommend using an address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
